What happens if we are less than satisfied with the artwork and would like some changes to the intial design. Are you willing to rework the design? Is there an expectation of additional payment?
Mokhtar El Baba has a great artistic taste in addition to his 50 years of experience in calligraphic design, and all our customers have so far been satisfied with his designs. However, in the event that you're not completely satisfied, we would be happy to rework the design within the same parameters (shape, script type) of the original request at no additional cost to you. Major changes of text, script, or shape require additional payment.
